Safety Rules - Equipment Operating & Emergency Procedures

  • An adult should supervise the bounce house all the time. Supervision means watching constantly, not just being around. Do not allow children to enter the inflatable without 100% CONSTANT ADULT SUPERVISION.

  • Heed the height and weight regulations of the inflatable. Please don't exceed the maximum number of kids at one time in the bounce house.

  • Have kids take off prior to entering ANY inflatable: footwear, eyeglasses, jewelry, hair clips or any other sharp or hard objects that may cause injury to children or the inflatable (Best if kids wear socks)

  • NO hanging on water hose, safety nets or basketball rims. Damage repair cost will range from $150 to $500.

  • Take sharp objects such as pens or keys that could cause puncture injuries out of their pockets and hands before they play.

  • Don't let kids of significantly different sizes into the bounce house at the same time. A little kids can get hurt by colliding with or falling under an older child.

  • Absolutely NO animals, food, candy, gum, drink, bottles, glasses, paint, glitter, confetti, gum or silly string inside the bounce house. We clean and inspect our inflatables to ensure their cleanliness, and these substances can be difficult or impossible to remove from the inflatable material and you will be responsible for damages as outlined in your rental agreement

  • SILLY STRING will PERMANENTLY DAMAGE the Bounce House and you will be responsible for damages as outlined in your rental agreement. Up to and including replacement cost of the inflatable unit.

  • Follow guidelines for safe installation including anchoring. Position away from fences, greenhouses, branches, etc., which would be dangerous if a child fell onto them.

  • Set rules for safe play. Do not allow any roughhousing, wrestling, dives or flips inside the bounce house. These activities are anchored to the floor, so they can push other participants and cause them to lose their balance and injure themselves. Have them stay away from the entrance or exit, and the sides or walls of the bouncer.

  • Do not allow participants to lie down or sit inside the bounce house. Other participants may not notice them and could be an accident.

  • Do not insert a water hose or other liquids into the bounce house. Certain rentals are designed for use with water, but this will severely weaken and/or damage an inflatable unit not constructed for such use. Water added to dry units will result in a cost from $50 to $100 according to size of unit.

  • Tell children not to push other children off the inflatable, especially if it is a flatbed. If the bounce house is walled, don't let kids bounce against the walls and crash into one another, which can cause injuries.

  • Don't let kids climb onto the outside walls.

  • NO jumping off top of slides.

  • Do not play or tamper with the blower assembly, air hoses or disconnect the electricity after the bounce unit is up and in use.

  • STOP the children from bouncing and have them exit the bouncer immediately if winds exceed 20 M.P.H. or rain, or any other condition which may cause an unsafe or questionable condition.

  • Bad weather can arrive in the form of rain, lightning or strong wind. In each case you want to evacuate the ride as quickly and safely as possible. Help your riders exit the ride calm and quickly. After that, deflate the ride by turning off the blowers.

  • If the blower stops, remove children from the unit, determine if the cord is plugged in, and if necessary, check the breaker panel box for a tripped circuit or blown fuse. And contact us if this is not working.

  • If the bounce or slide is ripped or otherwise begins to lose air, assist all riders from the ride and deflate it. And Contact Us immediately. Do not attempt to continue to operate the ride.

  • A bounce house should be placed on a flat, even surface. Be sure the area is free of all rocks, sticks or objects sticking up from the ground, like sprinklers.

  • Do not move our equipment once we've setup.

  • And last but not least, Bouncing Spree Corp is not responsible for any accident or any other damage due to failure to comply with any of these rules.
